In central Idaho there is a narrow path called Pronghorn Pass that weaves through the old lava fields. About 95% of the pronghorns who winter out near Arco, Idaho, take this path to migrate up into the Pioneer Mountains for the summer. These paths have been traveled for millennia and are protected property in our public lands, vital connectivity for the wildlife.
